Rules & Regulations

We are excited to have you, here are a few things to expect before you arrive!

GATES OPEN AT 3:00 PM & CONCERT STARTS AT 4:00 PM

HEALTH & SAFETY
Our top priority is the health and safety of our audiences, artists, and staff.  We are committed to ensuring that you have a wonderful festival experience this year, with confidence in the procedures designed for a safe environment for all.  We will be following all the City of Riverside COVID-19 Guidelines at the time of the festival to offer you a safe and enjoyable experience.

Health Providers will be on site for your care.

AGE

This event is for adults 21 and older.  No one under the age of 21 will be admitted. ID will be required and strictly enforced.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service and emotional support animals are allowed but must be registered and display proper harness identification. A designated relief area will be assigned.

TICKETS
Tickets will be available for purchase until SOLD OUT.
All attendees must have an event-issued wristband.

REFUNDS
The Reunion Music Festival has a no-refund policy – ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

SEATING

  • VIP Seating – This ticket provides private ticket entry and parking at the Riverside Community College District (RCCD) parking structure, VIP table seating (chair and table provided by the festival), and two (2) Premium Drink Tickets.
  • Premium Seating – This ticket provides entry into the venue, up close premium and dedicated seating (chair and table provided by the festival).
    Please note: This is not VIP admission or seating.
  • General Admission – Seating for General Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis for lawn seating. Bring your blankets and low-back lawn chairs and find a comfortable spot to enjoy the festival. No high-back umbrella chairs, camping tents, and pop-up tents are allowed.

NO Saving areas/NO roping off!

Re-entry – To re-enter the venue, you must have your wristband on and your ticket in hand or available for display.

PARKING
General Parking is available in several areas around the venue. All metered parking is FREE on Sundays in the City of Riverside.

VIP Parking – ALL VIP PATRONS MUST SHOW THEIR VIP e-TICKETs to park at the University RCCD Centennial Parkway Structure – see link:

Premium and General Admission Parking – These patrons can park at any of the surrounding parking locations – see parking map below:

Accessible/Disabled (Handicapped) Parking – These patrons can park at the surrounding parking lots with a displayed handicapped sign. These patrons can also be dropped off at the front of the park entrance for convenience if desired.

FOOD
Food Vendors will be available for food purchases.
Cooler/Picnic Baskets- Coolers and Picnic Baskets measuring more than
15” (inches) wide, 15” high, or 22” long won’t be allowed past the ticket gates.
All food items are OK.
BBQ pits – NO BBQ PITS OR OPEN FIRE WILL BE ALLOWED

ALCOHOL
PLEASE, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN COOLERS/PICNIC BASKETS!
Security will check all coolers/picnic baskets and confiscate any alcoholic beverages and open containers. Only SEALED non-alcoholic beverages are allowed (water, soft drinks, juice).
BAR – Beer & Wine will be available for purchase.

SMOKING
This is a NON-SMOKING EVENT.

SPONSORS
The Reunion Music Festival partners with several sponsors and organizations who are apart of rebuilding and restoring local businesses within the Riverside community and surrounding areas.

ACCESSIBLE OR DISABLED AREAS
An area has been reserved just outside the VIP/Sponsor areas for those in wheelchairs and/or who find it physically challenging to see, hear and/or maneuver through the venue.
